Schools can set a fuel fee in Preferences and maintain Service Area ZIPs (ZIPs with no fee). Students outside that list show a gas-pump icon; when a fee is configured, it is recorded on the appointment (and posted to the ledger for schools using lesson itinerary).
Cancel with Fee
Canceling an appointment with a fee keeps the driving lesson on the itinerary with a Cancelled badge and a note (school or student). Canceling without a fee still clears the lesson so it can be rebooked.

Class A/B, Passenger, School Bus and Hazmat theory checklists are now under Forms, ELDT. Each one can be saved and printed.
Accounting
Expense Ledger lets schools record and track business expenses by category, with date, amount, payment method, reference, and notes. Entries can be filtered, searched, and managed from the Accounting menu. An Expense Ledger report under Accounting Reports supports date and category filters, on-screen review, and Excel export.
