Zoom Meetings
Staff can now send the Zoom meeting email to one student from the 5-hour class enrollment page.
Accounting
Expense Ledger lets schools record and track business expenses by category, with date, amount, payment method, reference, and notes. Entries can be filtered, searched, and managed from the Accounting menu. An Expense Ledger report under Accounting Reports supports date and category filters, on-screen review, and Excel export.
Custom Appointment Colors
You can now set custom colors for each appointment status.
E-Signature
Students can now electronically sign terms & conditions—in person or remotely via a secured link. Signed documents are automatically saved to their profile for easy access and compliance.
